We believe in transparency. Your rate includes the yacht itself, a licensed captain and crew, fuel for the trip, plus ice, water, and soft drinks. You also get fresh towels and full use of the sound system. The only extra is the standard 5% VAT. Things like food or jet skis are optional add-ons.

Absolutely. You are welcome to bring whatever food and beverages you like, including alcohol if your group is over 21. The crew is happy to help serve, and many boats have electric grills. If you'd rather not carry bags, we can organize catering for you.

Yes, swimming is a highlight for many guests. We stop in calm, designated areas during daylight hours. The captain always checks conditions first. We provide life jackets for everyone, and the crew keeps a watchful eye while you're in the water.

Safety is non-negotiable. If the Coast Guard or our captains determine the sea is too rough, we will contact you immediately. We'll try to move your booking to a better time at no cost. If that doesn't work for you, you get your full deposit back.

Plans change, we get it. Cancel up to 48 hours before your slot for a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours, there's a 50% charge. Anything within 24 hours is non-refundable. If you just need to shift the time slightly, message us on WhatsApp and we'll see what we can do.

Yes, this is a strict Coast Guard requirement. Every single passenger needs a valid ID. Residents should bring their Emirates ID, and tourists need their passport. Usually, a clear photo on your phone works, but it's best to have the original. No ID means no boarding.
